Union Health Minister J. P. Nadda chairs high-level meeting on TB Mukt Bharat
New Delhi ( The Indian View team) : Union Health Minister J. P. Nadda chaired a high-level meeting in New Delhi with Labour and Employment Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth to strengthen support for the TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan.
Calling for a whole-of-government approach to eliminate tuberculosis, Mr Nadda urged all Ministries to intensify their efforts and emphasised the pivotal role of youth in achieving the goal of a TB-Mukt Bharat.
He also called for the active mobilisation of volunteers from MY Bharat, the National Service Scheme (NSS) and the National Cadet Corps (NCC) to accelerate the nationwide campaign.
