UP CM Yogi Adityanath holds ‘Janta Darshan’ in Gorakhpur

Lucknow ( Raghwendra Pratap Singh) : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a ‘Janta Darshan’ event on January 31, 2026, at the Gorakhpur Temple premises, where he directly engaged with local citizens to address their grievances and ensure prompt resolution of public concerns.

During the visit, the Chief Minister also performed ‘gau seva’ at Gorakhnath Mandir. In addition, he is scheduled to inaugurate various construction works related to the tourism development of Chiluatal in Gorakhpur district, with a total investment of Rs 20.35 crore.

Today, on the sacred land of Kushinagar, the Mahaparinirvana site of Lord Buddha, and Gorakhpur, the holy penance site of the great yogi Guru Shri Gorakhnath Ji, we have the opportunity to give new momentum to the resolve for development, heritage, and public welfare,” Yogi Adityanath stated.

In a post on X, the Chief Minister announced that in Kushinagar district, 278 projects worth more than Rs 424 crore will be inaugurated or have their foundation laid. Certificates, approval letters, and financial assistance will also be distributed to beneficiaries of government public welfare schemes.
