26-year-old Indian man stabbed to death in London

New Delhi ( Pallavi Srivastava) : A 26-year-old Indian-origin man was stabbed to death in west London, prompting a murder investigation by the Metropolitan Police, which has appealed for witnesses and CCTV footage as detectives work to establish the circumstances surrounding the attack.

The victim, identified as Gurbhej Singh, suffered fatal injuries during a stabbing on North Road near the junction with Dormers Wells Lane in Southall. Another man, believed to be in his 30s, was also injured in the incident and was taken to hospital. He has since been discharged.

According to the Metropolitan Police, officers were called to the scene by the London Ambulance Service in the early hours of Wednesday. Police and paramedics attended the location, but despite efforts to save him, Singh was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering a knife wound.
