New Delhi ( The Indian View team) : <\/strong>India has reaffirmed its continued support to a two-state solution, as well as to Palestine\u2019s membership of the United Nations. Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs, Sripriya Ranganathan has said that India has been a long standing partner of the Palestinian people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She said this while addressing the Second Ministerial Meeting of the Palestine Donor Group, PDG in Brussels yesterday. She underlined India\u2019s ongoing developmental assistance, including capacity building programmes and humanitarian assistance to the people of Palestine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms Ranganathan noted that India\u2019s projects are demand-driven and largely centred on healthcare, education, capacity building, and vocational training. She also announced several new projects focused on rehabilitation, health, education and vocational training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Secretary also attended a meeting hosted by the incoming Chair of the Advisory Commission of United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees, wherein she highlighted India\u2019s continued support to the Agency and its efforts in Palestine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
