The Ebola public health emergency in Africa is the main reason behind this postponment. It was established in 2008 and covers the entire gamut of inter-State partnerships in political, security, economic, trade, developmental partnership, cultural and people-to-people relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How many times has the IAFS been held?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Summit has been held three times: First summit was held in 2008 (New Delhi), Second in 2011 (Addis Ababa), and Third in 2015 (New Delhi).
