It combines in-depth policy analysis, drawing primarily on the UNESCO Higher Education Policy Observatory\u2014a global resource that covers nearly 150 countries and includes over 50 policy indicators, as well as the full range of higher education statistics monitored by the UNESCO Institute for Statistics (UIS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The report provides important data to help guide higher education systems and policies as the world enters the final years of the SDG 4 timeline and begins shaping the post-2030 agenda.
